Raat Terms of Service

This agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Raat (“Raat”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and governs your use of the Raat mobile application and website (“Service”).

By using Raat, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1. General

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

You must be 18 years or older to use Raat.

2. Account

To use certain features you may create an account.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials secure;
• all activities under your account;
• providing truthful information.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

We may suspend or disable accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or security risks.

3. User Obligations

You must not interfere with the normal operation of Raat or use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You must NOT post, transmit, or engage in:

• nudity, pornography, or sexual exploitation
• any content involving minors in harmful context
• violence, hate speech, discrimination
• fraud, scams, impersonation
• copyright infringement
• spam or mass advertising
• sharing others’ personal data without consent
• harassment, threats, stalking
• soliciting money or gifts
• use of bots, scripts, or scraping
• creating multiple accounts for abuse

We may remove content and terminate accounts without notice.

5. Content on Raat

You are solely responsible for content you post.

By posting, you grant Raat a license to display and operate such content within the Service.

We may review or delete any content at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities

You will not:

• impersonate any person;
• commit illegal acts through Raat;
• transmit viruses or harmful code;
• collect user data for commercial purposes;
• advertise without permission.

7. Interactions with Others

Raat is not responsible for user behavior online or offline.

Do not share financial information with other users.

8. In-App Purchases (if applicable)

If the Service offers virtual items:

• purchases are non-refundable unless required by law;
• Virtual items have no cash value;
• Prices may change at any time.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Raat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

EEA users have the right to:

• withdraw consent
